Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorthLens.ai ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Description

WorthLens.ai provides AI-powered price appraisals for physical items such as collectibles, antiques, coins, jewelry, and other goods. Users upload photos and descriptions of items to receive estimated market values generated by artificial intelligence.

All appraisals are estimates only and are intended as a helpful starting point — not as a substitute for a formal valuation by a certified, licensed appraiser. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of price estimates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

WorthLens.ai estimates are not suitable as the sole basis for insurance coverage, estate settlement, legal proceedings, loan collateral, or any transaction that legally requires a certified appraisal. For those purposes, please consult a qualified professional appraiser.

User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. One credit equals one AI appraisal. Credits are purchased through our payment processor Polar and are subject to the following rules:

• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• New accounts receive a number of complimentary credits upon registration
• Failed appraisals caused by system errors are automatically refunded as credits
• Credits will not be refunded for: user errors, content that violates our policies, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results

By purchasing credits, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to upload or submit content that is:

• Illegal, obscene, violent, or hateful
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Protected by third-party intellectual property rights without authorization

You also agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute appraisal results commercially without our written permission
• Interfere with the Service or other users' access

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images and descriptions you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the appraisal service.

All platform code, design, trademarks, and non-user-generated content are owned by WorthLens.ai or its licensors. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from appraisals to improve our service. We will never sell your individual content to third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy of appraisal results, continuous availability, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorthLens.ai and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses based on AI price estimates, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service.
