Refund Policy

We strive to provide accurate and high-quality AI appraisals. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchased credits.

Refund Eligibility

Technical Issues

  • Service outages or system errors that prevent an appraisal from completing — credits are automatically refunded in these cases
  • Payment errors or duplicate charges
  • Core feature malfunctions on our side

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • First-time purchases: if you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase
  • Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used

Accidental Purchases

  • Wrong credit package purchased, if credits are unused
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credits already used for completed appraisals
  • Dissatisfaction with the AI estimate (subjective quality)
  • User errors such as uploading the wrong image or providing incorrect descriptions
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or complimentary credits
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • Partial usage of a credit package (unless eligible for pro-rated refund)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a request — email refunds@worthlens.ai with:
    • Your account email address
    • Transaction or order ID from Polar
    • Date of purchase
    • Credit package purchased
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Screenshots if applicable
  2. Review — our team reviews the request within 2–3 business days, verifying purchase details, credit usage, and any reported technical issues.
  3. Decision — you will receive an email with the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Processing Times

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–14 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Special Circumstances

Account Closure

If you close your account, unused credits purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund. Credits older than 30 days are non-refundable upon closure.

Service Termination

If we permanently discontinue the Service, all unused credits will be automatically refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension during the investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination. We encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital content purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless the digital content delivery has already begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you waive your withdrawal right.

Alternatives to Refunds

In some situations we may offer alternatives instead of a monetary refund:

  • Technical support to resolve the underlying issue
  • Bonus credits as compensation for a poor experience
